Demi Starzak has been proud to be considered part of the Actor’s Conservatory at Las Positas College. She remembers her first audition (ever) at 14 where she auditioned for Mamma Mia! with the song “Hallelujah”… She has thankfully learned since then. Outside of the theater you’ll find her hanging out with her three cats, reading anything she can get her hands on, or learning how to do a new hairstyle.

You may recognize Demi as Dr. Scott from The Rocky Horror Show or Mrs. Hale from Trifles. She is also involved backstage as well as on, she is a lighting designer and experienced with an ETC light board. She also has a Certificate of Achievement in photography. Throughout her training she has gained new skills, honed old ones, and met some pretty cool people along
the way. She looks forward to what comes next for her. One thing she knows for certain is that she will be a student forever. She believes that acting and art is an endless horizon that she will never get tired of chasing. She is grateful for her teachers, peers, friends, and family for all their
patience and support.
