2.2 for 22 Challenge Stations
Information and Guidelines
Preparation:
We expect up to 500 guests to participate from the community. Please feel free to bring handouts, giveaways, or prizes for our guests visiting your station. Bring your own materials to complete your station. We have limited canopies, but will do our best to provide one for those who need one. We will provide one six foot table and two chairs. If you need more, please let us know ASAP.

Location: Las Positas College - 3000 Campus Hill Drive - Track & Field - Livermore,
CA 94551
Set-up Time: 7:30-8:15 am
Registration/Check-In: 7:30 am
End Time: 11:30 am -12:30 pm
Parking: Free parking in Lots J, H, O, P.

Registration/Check-In Table opens at 7:30 am
Before you set-up your station, please visit the "check-in" table for your shirt.
Only those who registered will receive a shirt. Please encourage your helpers to
register, and participate in the event. Take turns visiting the different stations.
Registration is FREE through 9/27/2025. Registration/donation fee of $22 enforced
on 9/28/2025.

Saturday 09/27/2025 - Early Set-Up
- Time: 9 am to 11 am - meet at the LPC Track & Field
- Drive toward Parking Lot N for assistance with unloading your canopy.

Sunday 09/28/2025 - Loading/Unloading time:
7:30-8:15 am
For assistance to set-up or unload, please let us know. You can unload near the track close to Parking Lot J. Please let us know if you need assistance. We have a golf cart, hand cart, and push cart for your use.
Must be ready to receive guests by 8:30 am
