On Saturday, November 30, 2024 - we will be hosting our 1st Annual Charity Golf Tournament for Veterans and Military Families at Las Positas College.  Transitioning from military life to college life is a major decision.  Our goal is to raise funds to alleviate and remove barriers and support those who volunteered to protect our freedom.  Funds raised will go towards scholarships, gas card stipends, childcare and diapers stipends, and relief funds for unexpected expenses.   

We serve over 400 veterans and military affiliated students who  plan on earning their Associates degree or transferring to a four year university.  Many are using their Post 9/11 GI Bill, VR&E benefits, CH35 benefits for dependents and spouse of veterans, and more.  We serve those who elect to save their benefits, but use the Veterans Resource Center to study, print a paper in the computer lab, or have a quick snack before class.

Deadlines:
The deadline for sponsorship is September 30, 2024.  We need logos photo ready for the banners, marketing, and promotions.    Click HERE for sponsorship information.

Deadline to register to play is November 12, 2024.  You can participate as an individual and added to a team or gather your friends and register your team of four.  Click HERE to register your team of four.  Highlight - Medal of Honor, US Army Vienam Veteran, Mr. James A. Taylor will be joining us for a photo opportunity with the team.
