HSI Program Information 

Las Positas College’s (LPC) Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSI) grant metrics are tracked through the Educational Master Plan (EMP) and District Strategic Plan (DSP), which define performance indicators tied to HSI designation.

HSI Goals Align with LPC Key Performance Indicators 
  • Degrees and Certificates Awarded
  • Graduation and Completion Rates
  • Transfers to Four-Year Institutions
  • Persistence and Retention Rates
  • Successful Course Completion Rates

HSI grant metrics at LPC are not reported in isolation, but embedded in broader institutional performance measures completion, transfer, equity gaps, employment outcomes, and campus climate.

These align directly with the goals of strengthening educational opportunities and outcomes for Hispanic/Latine and underrepresented students.
