Tri-Valley Educational Collaborative
Las Positas College collaborates with key organizations to ensure a strong regional workforce and expand career technical opportunities. One major partnership is TEC—the Tri-Valley Educational Collaborative, comprising the college, business, industry, and educational partners, including the Tri-Valley ROP and the Unified School Districts of Livermore, Pleasanton, and Dublin. Established in 1991, TEC has evolved into a strategic work group of teachers, counselors, school administrators, representatives from other colleges, legislators, business and chamber representatives, and others.
TEC Mission
The mission of the Tri-Valley Educational Collaborative is to ensure that all students learn and apply the academic, thinking, interpersonal skills, and personal qualities to be successful in their life’s work.
