Mission

Our goal is to encourage personal and professional growth and form community with LPC faculty, administrators, and classified professional staff. The topics we discuss in our conversations are intended to emerge organically.

We currently have six group organizers/meeting facilitators who meet periodically to discuss future planning and emergent themes from our smaller group conversations and FLEX Day Activities.

The "Working Together" team is taking a year to support each other in pursuit of our deeply important personal and professional goals.  Following the conclusion of our endeavors, we plan to report out to the campus during a FLEX day.
