Verification Forms
Some students are randomly selected by the Department of Education for mandatory verification of income, etc. The information on the student's SAR (Student Aid Report) will indicate the student has been selected for verification.Verified students are required to provide the financial aid office with documentation of all sources of income for the required tax year and must submit on the Verify My Application platform.
