    1. Log in to Canvas
    2. Click the "Help" icon in the global navigation menu.
    3. Choose "Canvas Support - LPC (Faculty)" or "Canvas Support - LPC (Student)." 
    4. Click "Contact Support" in the upper right to open Chat for immediate support, or submit a case over email for non-urgent concerns.
