Dr. Patricia H. Wheeler Memorial First Responders Scholarship Fund

The Promising First Responders Scholarship is for a Veteran who has financial need with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be continuing with higher education with Las Positas College or another institution.
Your official major at LPC must indicate a degree in:
- Administration of Justice
- Biology: Allied Health
- Emergency Medical Services / EMT-Paramedic
- Emergency Medical Technologies
- Emergency Medical Responders
- Fire Safety Company Officer
- Fire Academy-Fire Suppression
- Fire Prevention
- Fire Service Technology
- Public Health Science
- Nutrition and Dietetics
- Occupational Safety and Health
- Occupational Safety
- Social Work and Human Services
- Psychology
or you will not be matched with this scholarship and you will not be able to apply.
A total of 4 scholarships will be awarded by ranked scores, two awards of $1,000 each, and two awards of $500.00 each.
