Emergency Rent GAP Assistance Program  (GAP) - Administered by ECHO Housing  Flyer |  Program Description

The Emergency Rent Gap Assistance Program is a one-time 0% interest loan offered to Livermore residents that have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 public health emergency who are unable to complete their rent but who are otherwise in good standing on their current lease.  The assistance will cover one month's rent, up to $2500, and will be available to households who earn no more than 80% of the area median income based on household size.
