2023-2024 Completed Tasks
- Continuously reported enrollment data both to the college and the district
- Performed data analysis on multi-year projections for enrollment restoration planning
- Calculated and distributed FETF allocation as well as FTEF/FETS targets
- Generated and approved discipline plans for all divisions
- Continuous discussions of counseling dashboard and SCFF metrics
2022-2023 Completed Tasks
- Discussed all issues related to enrollment management for the last academic year.
- Approved the current years discipline plans for each division allocating the appropriate FTEF to each discipline within the division.
- Initiated discussion of how to better market the courses to the current and potential students in the community.
- Disseminated important information from the DEMC to the CEMC for appropriate discussion and action.
- Added FTEF for summer as our enrollment far exceeded projections due to the discipline plans.

- Discussed all issues related to enrollment management for the last academic year.

- Review college enrollment numbers on a regular basis emphasizing WCSH / FTES
- Review, facilitate and approve Discipline plans
- Develop college enrollment targets
- We responded to proposed and approved FTEF additons and reductions.
- CEMC represented LPC in DEMC discussions and vice versa
- CEMC was involved, although more indirectly, with offering marketing strategies for the college and the district as a whole.
- CEMC provided suggestions and input for into scheduling decisions related to the Pandemic.
- CEMC empower faculty to make choices by providing number and tips, especially coordinators with their disciplines.
