2019-20 Completed Tasks

• Worked with DEMC to create targets and productivity levels for 19-20 Academic Year
• Once targets received from DEMC, disseminated FTEF to divisons for the creation of courses
• Modified FTEF allocation to divisions and disciplines based on enrollment data for year
• Worked with district and student services to market schedule of classes to student population
• Worked with divisions to modify FTEF based on program and student needs.
