I am proud to be a full-time theater faculty at Las Positas, after having attended LPC as a high school student 1,000 years ago. I am also the Theater Arts Department and Actors Conservatory Coordinator, Artistic Director for LPC Theater Arts, and LPC Performing Arts Coordinator.
I earned my BA and MA in Drama (Emphasis Acting) at San Francisco State University. I also hold a Single Subject Teaching credential in English with a Theater Arts competency. After college I was a teaching intern with the San Francisco Mime Troupe with their Youth Theater Project. In 2011, I was one of 12 teachers selected for the Globe Education Academy, a year long partnership for theater teacher training with Shakespeare's Globe London and UC Davis. Additional training includes the American Academy of Dramatic Arts (NY) and the British American Dramatic Academy (Midsummer at Oxford).
I am married to David Lish and mom to both Alexandria, daughter extraordinaire and Humphrey McGuffin Esq, Attorney at Paw, the world's best dog.
