Phase One 

What will success look like in Phase One?

 

 Our Students…

• Believe that everyone in the LPC community supports their success.
• Know how to navigate our “Academic & Career Pathways” website, which includes
  • Degree & Certificate Maps (Program Maps)
  • Career information related to programs
  • Academic and holistic support resources
• Have comprehensive Student Education Plans (or equivalent). 
• Persist along their pathway.
• Believe they have been appropriately connected to academic and holistics student support services.

How can we support students in Phase One?

In Phase 1, we are encouraging our LPC community to share with students they interact with the resources and supports organized in our Pathway websites and be that connection for students to the appropriate support service.  

During College Day and our Community of Practice, folks across campus collaborated on great ways to support students.  Below are Ideas, sample Communications (such as Canvas Annoucement, Email, etc.) and Activities (such as Discussion Board, Assignment, etc.) you can use, modify, share to make supporting students easier in your role on campus.   

• Degree & Certificate Maps (Program Maps) resources
• Career information related to programs resources
• Academic and holistic support resources (such as "My Pathway Checklist," Student Resource Guide, etc.)
