The DSPS/DRC provides services and accommodations for qualified students to support
student success and meet the requirements of federal and state non-discrimination
and civil rights laws. This program is committed to equal access for students and
helping them to reach their full potential. Among the array of services offered are
priority registration, specialized counseling, class scheduling, mobility assistance,
test proctoring, specialized tutoring, transcription services, and interpreter services
for hearing-impaired or deaf students. The DRC also has a dedicated technology center
and alternate media specialist support for students with disabilities. PC and MAC
computers are available along with other adaptive hardware and software to assist
students on their academic journey. Students who have disability or a suspected disability
are encouraged to apply. The DRC is located on the First Floor in Building 1600,
Room 1615.
